Term and Condition of Connectbooker

Booktrace Software Private Limited provided booking technology solution to hotels, hence forward referred as service provider.

Cancellation Policy:
Case 1 – Guest has cancelled booking/ not arrived: No refund will be provided if the guest cancels the booking or fails to arrive.

Case 2 – Guest raises a request on denied booking by the hotel: A guest has the right to raise a request on the check-in date or before the check-in date. On a denied booking request, we send a request to the hotel team for approval. Upon approval from the hotel team, the service provider refunds the payment to the guest. No update request will be accepted, and no refund will be processed after the check-in date. If the hotel does not take any action on the denied booking request, the amount will be credited to the guest’s account after 120 days of the transaction. If the service provider does not confirm the denial of the booking request, the amount will be transferred to the hotel’s account. The service provider is not responsible for any kind of repayment.

Case 3 – Room unavailability/cancellation raised by the hotel: In case of room unavailability, the hotel can raise a denied booking request. Once the booking denial is received, ConnectBooker refunds the paid amount. After the refund, ConnectBooker is not liable for any inconvenience or losses. The refunded amount will be reflected in the guest’s account within 7 working days.

Case 4 – Technical issues leading to booking failure: If the hotelier does not receive the booking due to any technical issue such as an incorrect email ID, incorrect contact number, non-functional email ID, no response from the payment gateway, server issues, or any other similar technical failure, a full refund will be processed. If we receive an update regarding this issue from either the customer or the hotelier, the full payment will be refunded.

Case 5 – About service: No refund will be provided apart from cases mentioned in Case 2, Case 3, and Case 4. Any issues regarding incorrect information, services, or amenities must be resolved directly between the guest and the hotel.

Additional Terms

ConnectBooker provides a platform enabling hotels to independently manage content, images, rates, inventory, and bookings. The responsibility for the accuracy of this information lies solely with the hotel.

ConnectBooker shall not be held liable for any expenses, losses, or damages resulting from mismanagement, errors, or omissions on the part of the hotel.

Fees paid to ConnectBooker for platform usage are strictly non-refundable.

At the time of booking, ConnectBooker collects a convenience fee, while the remaining balance is payable directly to the hotel.

If a guest is dissatisfied with the hotel’s service or room conditions, ConnectBooker holds no liability for the hotel’s service quality.

The convenience fee collected by ConnectBooker is non-refundable under above circumstances.

Guests are provided with the hotel’s direct contact number via the booking details email. It is the guest’s responsibility to contact the hotel directly for booking status confirmation or any inquiries before traveling to avoid inconvenience or losses.

Other Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sangli, Maharashtra.
