Term and Condition of Connectbooker
TECHBCS provided booking technology solution to hotels, hence forward referred as service provider.
Cancellation Policy:
Case 1- Guest has cancelled booking/ not arrived:
No refund in case the guest has canceled the booking or the guest has not arrived.
Case 2- Guest raise request on denied booking by hotel:
A guest has the right to raise a request on the check-in date/ till the check-in date. On a denied booking request we send a request to the hotel team to approve. Post approval from the hotel team, the service provider refunds payment to the guest.
Post check-in date no update request has been accepted and no refund has been processed.
In case the hotel does not take any action on the booking denied request, the amount will get credited to the Guest's account after 120 days of the transaction.
If the service provider is not found to deny of booking request, the amount is transferred to the hotel account. The service provider is not responsible for any kind of repayment.
Case 3: Room Unavailability /Cancellation raised by hotel:
In case of unavailability of a room, the hotel can raise a denial of booking. Once we get denied of booking, connectbooker refunds your paid amount, after it connectbooker is not liable for any inconvenience or losses. The refunded amount will be reflected in your account in 7 working days.
Case 4 – About service:
There is no refund policy apart from booking denied or Room Unavailability as mentioned in case 2 and case 3. Issue regarding wrong information/about service/ amenities, The guest and hotel team need to discuss this mutually and resolve it at their end.
ConnectBooker provides a platform enabling hotels to independently add content, upload images, and manage rates, inventory, and bookings. The responsibility for accurate and effective management of these functions lies solely with the hotel.
ConnectBooker shall not be held liable for any expenses, losses, or damages resulting from mismanagement, errors, or omissions on the part of the hotel. All fees paid to ConnectBooker for platform usage are strictly non-refundable.
At the time of booking, ConnectBooker collects a convenience fee, while the remaining balance is payable directly by the guest to the hotel. If a guest is dissatisfied with the hotel, room conditions, or encounters any other issues, ConnectBooker holds no liability for the quality of the hotel services. The convenience fee collected by ConnectBooker is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Please note: We provide hotel's direct contact number with booking details email for communication purpose only, guests should call hotelier's directly to know booking status, or any query before starting of the journey to avoid inconvenience or losses.

Other Terms and Conditions: These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sangli, Maharashtra.
