Pros: *Location is very near to beach and temple *Have a nice restuarant *Sea view rooms *Early check-in available with a cost of 600/700 *Have lift facility Cons: *Kettle for hot water is available at the ground floor only, connecting kettle in rooms make power issue. *I took 3 sea view rooms and one room got issue with fan so got a replacement with a normal ac room(no justification) *Hot water depends on solar, not a 24/7 service. They will open when you want early in the morning, for beyond evening no luck. we have separate heater outside that we have to fill and take inside. *Before checkin make sure the view is good.

Bathroom is smelly .Rooms are of decent size. Food is over price. Even for 2 hour early checking they charged me rs1000 extra.

Very Difficult to find the hotel as there was no name board when we arrived. After an hour, somehow we found it and surprisingly most of the local people doesn't know about this hotel. Don't ask anyone just make a call to hotel and ask for the landmarks. Please don't expect for good room services or any complementary food here. Bedsheet had lot of bad stain marks and bathroom was not cleaned so I have to request them to clean it again. If you are here just for enjoying all the views and just staying for a night, okay place to stay. Always check for bedsheets and bathrooms properly before using and if you don't like something, tell them immediately without any hesitation. You have already paid so it is your right to say what you want. I don't recommend for anyone who is looking for sea view from the room. Walking distance to every good places.
