Rooms are ok somehow small in size and need to repair doors, lights specially mirror. the mirror is completely blurred. Nothing is clear. The special thing is the swimming pool and the view from the room is so pleasant and relaxing. Must visit!!!

On the way to Mahabaleshwar from Mumbai, we took a break and checked in the hotel Visava River side on 28 May and checked out on 29 May 2024. Before checking out , I kept my mobile to charge on the bedside table and checked out without taking the mobile charger. Upon reaching Mahabaleshwar, I realized that I had left back my mobile charger in the room and hence called the reception to check the lost and found. I received a reply that they didn't receive the mobile charger. It is very disappointing to know that the hotel staff doesn't follow the protocols of lost and found
