Tropical Valley - Hotel in Pernem, Morjim

Lovely place, excellent service and very warm hosts. Their rooms are newer, fresher and have very comfortable beds. The swimming pool in the hotel is also of a very good size and they make sure that it's maintained well. The property is strategically located and is right at the start of the strip... Beach is just 2 mins driving distance.

Stayed in Tropical Valley for 2 nights with my family and it was a decent experience. Positives: Rooms (wooden cottages and premium) were neat and clean, bathrooms were spacious and decor of the room was pleasant. Swimming pool was awesome a nd we had fabulous time there. Negatives: Refillable shampoo and body lotion concept did not suit hygiene standards. Rooms not having intercom, TV and fridge. No option even for tea in resort till 9.30am. There still are lot of rooms being renovated and hence occupancy level in resort is limited allowing enough privacy for all guests. Thank you team Tropical Valley!!

Okay so they have different themed rooms, wooden, bamboo and what not. But the AC in our rooms wasn't working properly. The service is very slow. You gotta call them up ten times atleast to get something done. Almost everything is under maintenance , the kitchen, rooms, everything. You can order food from a nearby cafe and they'll bring the food to you that's the most they'll do. Their pool is nice though. The prices are affordable. I really hope they fix all these things. Also, they need more staff.
