Mixed Experience at Sreelakshmi Residency
Sreelakshmi Residency has its merits, offering a convenient location and reasonably comfortable accommodations. The rooms are generally clean and adequately furnished. However, there were occasional lapses in housekeeping, and the amenities seemed a bit dated and in need of refurbishment because the ceiling was dripping in rain and it was fully wet. The staff was courteous but could improve in terms of promptness and attentiveness to guest needs. In summary, a passable stay, but some refurbishments and enhanced service efficiency would certainly elevate the experience.
