A Mixed Experience at Royal Baga Residency During Peak Season
I recently spent three nights at
Royal Baga Residency during the peak season, accompanied by my 3-year-old child. While the overall experience had its ups and downs, there were notable aspects that left a lasting impression.
Firstly, the room size was disappointingly small, creating some challenges, especially with a young child. Additionally, there were issues with plug switches and the TV, which were inconvenient and affected the overall functionality of the room.
On a positive note, the breakfast provided by the hotel was nothing short of awesome. A delightful array of options ensured a satisfying start to each day. The convenience of the hotel's prime location was also a significant plus, making it easy to access everything we needed.
A standout feature of our stay was the excellent service provided by Rajesh. His commitment to treating customers with the utmost respect and kindness was truly commendable. Rajesh consistently served with a smile, and his willingness to assist with any inquiries or concerns enhanced the overall experience.
Despite the room-related challenges, the positive aspects, such as the delicious breakfast and outstanding service from Rajesh, contributed to an overall satisfactory stay at Royal Baga Residency. It's evident that the hotel has its merits, particularly in terms of location and customer service. With some improvements in room facilities, Royal Baga Residency could offer an even more enjoyable experience for its guests.
