I satyed for about 1 month. Overall service was pretty good. There were some minor problems, but it was sorted out as per our request. Rooms were neat and clean. Facilities were good. Great location and restaurants nearby. The manager and the staff were very friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend...!!

I stayed here for 1 month. Hostel staffs are very professional, sometimes they even help you if you face any personal problems as well. Room and toilet get cleaned everyday and are in good condition. The location is perfect as everything is available in the vicinity. It is also nearby to the Airport. Beds are comfortable with good quality mattress. Fridge, RO water, tiffin service for food and laundry services are also available. It is also very safe as I didn't observe any safety issues during my stay.

45 days of stay in this neat n clean dormitory, new AC installed , also washrooms r nicely renovated , no doubt as this is the best place if u want to stay 🙂 everything is so close by to this location, friendly staff, we were a group of 12 who enjoyed to stay here. I was my third time booking at the property , and they have renovated from what it was before and I was happy about the rooms and service it’s kept at the atmost possible hygiene . They have really done a great job . Should be your go to place if you r planning on and around Santa Cruz

My stay was satisfactory. if you dont have an alternative you can consider this property... there are many issues with this property. The location is very crowded with a jammed road just next to it. toilets were not clean and I haven't seen any staff cleaning during my stay of 4 days. there was a constant foul smell in the common area. bedsheet was not toughed properly so I could make out an old mattress with holes. the manager, Xavier. He is fickle-minded. He was rude for no reason once and friendly at other times. i wanted to extend my stay further as I didn't find any alternative. He was not ready to give any discount for an extended stay saying that he would increase the online rentals to mean a discount on my existing fare. that means inflated fare for others just to avoid giving a discount. reason for his rudeness was that i booked online for extending stay because he has to give a commission. Later he was good asking for a positive review.
