Nani Hotels and Resorts - Hotel in Kollam

Location is excellent. Close vicinity to everything . Autos, trains, food joints. Just the rooms are very small for a family to move around. Good for solo or business people. Also didn't understand the concept of providing just 1 bottle of water per room with the tariff. They except 3 people ( I booked for 3 people ) to survive on one bottle of water. After that also no RO or refill available. We have to buy the water bottles.

Overall the stay was ok. I stayed on a weekend as I had a half marathon event in Kollam. We walked from kollam railway station to the hotel (25 mins). We had luggage but there was no one to help neither the hotel really wanted to offer it. Rooms were small. Initially we were given a room that was stinking with cigarette smell and later we asked to change it. Car parking available but looked a bit small (we didn't need it but just an observation). The next morning my wife felt itchy and only then we realised there was lot of bed bugs. Breakfast was complementary buffet but not much choices. Average taste wise. Overall proximity to lot of station and one phone call away to taxi and auto were the positives.
