Never happened before with any stays but we happened to stay at this place for 2 different weekends in a single month.
First one was a limited one with small group the other one was with a big larger group.
Location- Very easy to reach via the maps, If coming via Mumbai once you take the first lonavla exit it's like 10 mins from there. There are bungalows near by but it was very peaceful for us, maybe those are not rented so you don't get to hear any loud noises from anywhere.
Rooms - Living area + 5 bedrooms , one on the Ground floor, 3 on the first and one on the second floor.
All rooms have connected washrooms and air conditioning.
There is one common washroom in the living area which is best as no one frequents any room's washroom.
Food -Its really Amazing and not a single person complained
For the days we stayed we didn't order anything from outside, there is a comprehensive menu and not just usual maharashtrian style gravy food, So you get the variety with per head costing.
BBQ is available on request.
Caretaker - Sandip stays within the compound, Always available and non intruding, He can help source things from Market when required and help fix anything if required.
Amenities - Lawn, Pool and few indoor stuff
Pool is decently big and deep and can be used for swim.
Lawn area is again decent to sit outside.
Living room there is a projector but that plays only tata sky.
Big size TV available with internet
Karaoke system available with Two mics.
Parking - Gated for 3 big cars, Outside parking is safe as well as it's inner road.
Overall it was a great experience from booking till the stay, Owner interacts directly for booking so it becomes easier to deal with and get anything cleared.
