Meadows Residency - Hotel in Ooty

My name is Ravi Chandra me and my family recently stayed at Hotel Meadows from 1st August to 3rd August, and I must say, our experience was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel’s neat and inviting ambience. The decor was modern yet cozy, creating a warm atmosphere that made us feel right at home. One of the standout features of Hotel Meadows is its prime location. Situated centrally, the hotel is conveniently close to both the bus stand and the railway station, making it an ideal choice for travelers. We found it incredibly easy to navigate the area and explore local attractions without the hassle of long commutes. The staff at Hotel Meadows were polite and responsive, always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was checking in, answering our questions about the area, or providing recommendations, their professionalism and friendliness were evident throughout our stay. We even had dined in at the hotel’s restaurant, and I must say, the food was excellent. The menu offered a variety of dishes at reasonable prices, and we were impressed by the quality and taste of each meal. Additionally, Hotel Meadows features a travel desk that provides taxi services, which we found incredibly helpful. This made it easy for us to arrange transportation for our sightseeing adventures, and the staff at the travel desk were more than willing to assist us in planning our outings. Overall, our experience at Hotel Meadows was really good. The combination of a neat and welcoming ambience, a central location, polite and responsive staff, delicious food, and efficient room service made our stay truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend Hotel Meadows to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Ooty.

Very good stay.all things are perfect. Good staff. Friendly behavior. The restaurant food was very nice. Highly recommended. Best part is that the hotel location is in the center of ooty and all major sites are easily reachable. I hope I will come back again to the same hotel again.

We booked this hotel in the last minute and extremely happy with the Hotel and we got good discounted price and the property is near to central city. The staff were courteous and stay was pleasant. Complimentary breakfast was very nice. They did take care of us nicely. Highly recommended for family and friends. Restrooms were awesome

I had done overnight booking (16.8.24-17.8.24) in this hotel during my recent family trip to Ooty. I received a call from a lady in the morning and she said hotel is undergoing some sewage/drainage work; they are shifting all guests to their sister hotel "Ponmari Residency". So she asked me to go directly to Ponmari or someone from Meadows would escort me to Ponmari. Actually, I didn't like Ponmari at the time of checking for hotels in Ooty; reviews were also not ok. But to my bad luck, Ponmari is the choice she said. I also agreed trusting her words. But I got doubts after reaching Ponmari because all rooms were not sold there though it's a long weekend holidays. If Meadows is cheating customers by sending guests to underrated hotel, this must be stopped. Anyone, if you faced same issue at different dates, please post the message here so that others can decide wisely if this hotel fits them or not.
