Kapila Business Hotel - Hotel in Pune

We had booked rooms for fifty guests for two nights. The hotel was exceptionally good in welcoming guests who landed at 3 am in the morning. The rooms are well maintained with good room service. Mr Jagtap was helpful in luggage transfer to room. The food is tasty. Sandeep helped us with dish selection and Gawde was great in distribution of food. And how can one not mention Mr Johnny Rodriques who was throughout with us like a senior family member guiding us with small details. We used first floor hall and also fifth floor Rendezvous hall for Sangeet. Perfect arrangements of Mike and sound system. Highly recommended for group stay.

Sorry for posting this review late, but I couldn't miss sharing my experience. A big thank you to Kapila Business Hotel for making my stay and events fantastic! I booked around 15-20 rooms for three days, along with two halls—one for my sister's mehndi and another for her haldi function. Honestly, everything from check-in to check-out was just perfect. The smooth check-in, excellent hall arrangements, and the fantastic food, hospitality, and room service really stood out. My relatives from different cities were pleasantly surprised by how good everything was. Thanks to each and every staff of the hotel and special thanks to Mr. Johnny Rodrigues for his incredible help, making our booking and stay hassle-free. He was always there when we needed assistance during our stay. The rooms were not just comfy but also really spacious and clean. The breakfast had lots of options, and the lunch and dinner plans we went for were seriously delicious. I feel lucky to have found Johnny and Kapila Business Hotel; they played a big part in making our two different functions a hit. I highly recommend them!

The hotel was very comfortable. The room was good. The location of the hotel was also very nice. Very convenient for a business perspective. Good parking for cars. The only thing I did not like is the room service as I had to call them 2 or 3 times to get what I ordered and at the end I didn't get it. Rest I would recommend this hotel.

Rooms are quite spacious but in need of renovation. Bathroom quite small and also in need of improvement. Room service decent but need well informed and better persons, they keep knocking on door not knowing whose order they are servicing. Front office personal need training in public relations.
