Kanthi Resorts - Hotel in Bagalkote

Excellent food service with hygiene maintenance. Reception department and management was good and ready to do the work whenever we need the services.. Love to visit this place.

We had great experience during our corporate meeting here. The rooms were big and spacious and food was also great. The Lady General Manager (forget her name) was really good with us and took care of our requests. Last day we requested for cocktail dinner at lawn and they arranged everything perfectly. We totally enjoyed our stay here. They only issue - staff were less compared to such big property.

Not used any other facility except for water park. Used to be good earlier this time we went the water in Waterpark was full of some animal poop. It was all over floating in the water. Even the swimming pool was full of dust particles. Glad the staff agreed to refund understanding the problem. Please have a look at pool and Waterpark before buying the tickets

Rooms are good. Location is great... Resturant food is good.... Overall it's a good resort.... The reasons for low rating from my end is.... • Availability of water in the resort, they give two small water bottle of 250mlit as complementary.... After that If you need water, you have to buy it from restaurant. Even though you offer to pay them, they kind of hesitate to provide..... • Lunch was great tastewise... Service was poor.... We had to wait for hours to finish our lunch.... And it's bit overpriced. • Rooms were well maintained but Tv didn't work.... Landline didn't work... • When we arrived for check in, it took around 45 mins for us to get the room keys after all the verification.... • Swimming pool was poorly maintained... Moss was grown ... Water wasn't that clean..... • Waterpark was not operational...... • Breakfast was not complementary.... Again service was very poor.... My expectations were less so... Had a good time..... Visiting this place with low expectations would be a good idea.....
