Jewel Resorts - Hotel in Lonavala

Loved this resort Service was excellent Ac non ac both rooms are best Location is perfect very near to lonavala railway station and market is also near. Enjoyed a Lot.. Next time definitely again we will choose jewels resort.

Hotel have good location in the heart of lonavala. Service is good. Food is Awesome. Rooms are spacious, but bathrooms need rennovation. Commod was shaky & bath floor was slippery. One star is less for that. The owner and especially the manager lady, both are very curtious and cooperative. Swimming pool is Clean and nice.

Team wished my birthday.. I was happy. Food is good & delicious except tea and soup (they are hot wate). Service is good but towel and soap is not given. Ducks and duckling, hen and chicks are good. Tree fell over electric wires.

During my stay, I encountered a few inconveniences. Unlike other hotels I've visited, a complimentary water bottle was not provided in my room. Upon check-in, I kindly requested a cold water bottle as a replacement, but instead, they provided me with a bottle filled with cold water. Additionally, there was no soap or telephone in the room to contact the reception. On a positive note, the room was spacious, and all the electronics, except for the TV, were functioning well. The hotel also offers a restaurant and a pool on its premises.
