Jee Ri Haveli - Hotel in Jodhpur

This hotel was very nice and quaint. The charm of it being in the old city overlooking the fort was really nice. Although we didn’t use it due to the hot weather, The balcony would’ve been nice for a drink or breakfast in the morning or watching the sunset with the many fruit bats outside. The window ledge in the room was nice to sit in and relax with the stained glass windows shining colours into the bedroom. The hotel owners are lovely people and give you a nice Indian welcome when you arrive and answer any queries you have. Despite the occasional power cut, which was inevitable, the air-conditioning was also good quality. Hotel is run by many people in the same family so it is nice to meet them throughout your stay. They also understand vegetarian and vegan diets and are okay with LGBT travellers. I would rate this hotel 4 stars.

Very pleasant establishment, where I have now stayed twice. Mr. Heman, the owner’s son, is courteous and considerate and makes you feel like family. Unlike many of the heritage havelis in the old part of town, the rooms in the Jee Ri are spacious, bright and cheerful, with spectacular fort views, while being just as ideally situated within the heart of the historic district.

We did not stay at the haveli but all our travel plans in Rajasthan were arranged by Himanshu. He provided support and help that went over and above what he charged us. We ate at the rooftop restaurant where we felt like we were sharing a meal with family. This is a beautiful family run place with good, kind, helpful people. I cannot recommend enough.

This was one the best accommodations i have ever stayed so far. It is a kind of home stay. Owner’s family stays on property and greets you with a smile if you see them. Hotel and room were clean. Rooftop has amazing fort view. Breakfast is made to order and can be enjoyed in open air up rooftop.

Location is good, Owner is a very responsible person, who took care of all our comforts. I absolutely loved this place, definitely in future as well I will try to stay with them. Rooftop restaurant serves freshly cooked meals. Staffs of the hotel always serves you with a smile. Suggested Improvements: 1. We were 6 members, 2 couples and 2 kids. One fort view/Gulaab Sagar view room which was allotted was having good floor space area where as the other room (Corner room) allocated did not had enough space to move, though the fort/Gulaab Sagar was visible. Otherwise, I am completely satisfied by the service you have provided, and definitely I will recommend to my friends and relatives to stay with you.
