3,5 star for location and rooms. It's a Good budget hotel, I enjoyed my stay mostly because of how nice the staff were. Quite noisy though so don't expect a lot of sleep unless you are prepared to go and ask people to be quiet. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. I didn't get hot water but the weather was hot so that was OK. Wifi great. Air Conditioning excellent. There's a big food menu, the chai is good. There's a blinkit store close by for snacks, and they can find the address easily so install the app. Location to the airport is great and Santa Cruz looks very interesting.
