The location of the hotel and the lobby is excellent. Food also is very good ( mutton in black masala) is must try for those liking non veg...The service is good and prompt. The reception needs to be a bit courteous and prompt ( not all as check in was good checkout some different person handling was not upto the mark). The pricing of rooms is medium and for the state of ahmednagar there are better options with spacious rooms in an around that area. The room they first allotted had a leaking toilet 110, then on complaint they attended but it was not sorted..they shifted me to new room 105 which was good. rooms are a bit cramped as well. every hotel never defines their deluxe, executive or premium room transparently...That is where they fool around and earn good money..They should be made compulsory to display on the door about the rooms classification...

In a very good location but not well maintained now. I visited few years back during it's opening. Now that premium features turning fade. Especially with foreign guest it was bad. Overall food was good and service also good. Photos and videos are self explanatory.
