I came here to stay 1 night only but when I check the room I change my mind.I stay here for 4 nights.Room & toilet are clean, it's modern. Location is very very good since it's in the centre of the city. Hotel staffs are friendly too.

Very good location to stay in Shillong easily reachable and in market for local shopping. Staff is very polite .... Rooms were clean And they were flexible with price too and offered us good price..... Seperate bed for kids available......

We stayed here for 4 nights. Originally we had booked only for one day but we extended by 3 more after getting a top notch hospitality here. The room was small but it was neat, well maintained and had 24 hour hot water availability. The location was perfect. The hotel sits on a road that is busy with markets all through the day. Excellent food options in the same road. There is an ethnic Tibet restaurant in the vicinity which is always busy. Really loved it there. The location is one of the most liveliest places in Shillong. Also, huge thanks to the manager, Vicky Upadhyay, for helping us every day so politely and courteously. You really made our stay so comfortable. Overall, we really loved all these days in Shillong.

Could not have hoped for better. The room albeit small was comfortable and very well kept. Hot water supply at all times. And the most wonderful thing of all - the brilliant location. Smack in the heart of Police Bazar, amidst some of the best shopping options in this city. A special shoutout to the Manager Vicky Upadhyay for being incredibly helpful with his tips and for making us feel right at home throughout our stay. Cannot recommend enough :)
