An average good hotel for low budget, good service, staff behavior is very good, only there is some regulation & timings for hot water service, otherwise a neat & clean hotel & ambiance. Food service is also good.

Its an okay hotel. The rooms are good and it is in a perfect location. However the service is not really good. The staff needs to be properly trained and might add a fee more things to the hotel like the kettle in rooms.

I stayed here with my Family including 2 small kids for two nights. Cleanliness - good. Rooms - Very good (Spacious) food - very good Ambience within Property - Good Approaching road - Good. Owner/staff - Good Suitability for kids - Average Value for money - Average This is close to Leh Market. Two major challenges we faced were around Hot Water availability and DElay in Room service. With Kids they were important for us. It seems only one person was trying to address all requests leading to delay in closure. One more thing was smell of Smoking and Booze gets uncomfortable when kids are there. Obviously it was the guests who were responsible for that but little check on public impact could have been monitored.
