I had a very pleasant stay. Contrary to the other reviews ,I found the hotel+ staff to be nice and accomodating. I had booked hotel 3 weeks in prior and they had followed up a day before arrival. I had requested for an early check-in and check out and no issue faced. Currently the restaurant was closed due to ongoing maintenance work outside. If it helps was in room 105.

Very close to Mahalakshmi Mandir. The location is perfect for devotees. The rooms were clean. Hot water was available.
