I had stayed here recently, the service and the facilities are very good. The buffet break fast served was tasty and with enough choices. Mr. Paul Muthuraj who assisted me on reservation and other process was very helpful. The whole tram was helpfull and the hospitality received was outstanding. Will definitely stay here on our next stay, Thank you ALL

Had a pleasant experience. Hospitality during the morning breakfast was excellent.

Clean old hotel with helpful staff. The location is the main plus point, being in the heart of the city, and considering that, and the rates per night are pretty reasonable. The complimentary breakfast is just so-so, but hey, it's better than nothing. It's much better than other hotels on the same lane, such as Hotel Supreme, which charge similar prices but this place has 24x7 hot water while Supreme does not. Rooms were also much larger and cleaner here in comparison.

Hotel rooms are ok.But behaviour of night duty staff especially at the reception is extremely bad .We stayed in their hotel last week n at time of check out they forced us to pay 500 as there was some stains in the 2 towel which we used.The stains were washable but they forced us to pay 500rs as damage charges Behaviour of reception staff were extremely rude.
