Ashish helped us out with a very affordable room with a balcony and great view! The best thing was that the room was far away from the very noisy/crowded road. The food we ordered was tasty and at a very fair price. The location is easy enough to get into town if you want to. Thanks also for your honesty and advice!

I have read the reviews for this property and realised few things. Here are my 2 cents to people who are looking for property to stay. Everyone has different mood and different expectation but please understand that we can't compare properties at hill station with those in plain areas. Now regarding my experience with this Property, Owner of the property Mr Ashish is very knowledgeable and decent person as he has around 15-20 years of experience in this field. Yes it is like home and not hotel which gave me and my family a good and comfortable stay experience. He gave us various option regarding rooms and we settled down on 108. Room was very good as compared to the properties that we searched in the vicinity but found no decent place to stay. Seems that staffs were on leave but still we didn't face any issue from service point of view. Also, Mr Ashish is very good cook as we tasted some good meals. I will definitely recommend people to visit this property if you need a home like experience away from home. Thank you Hotel North Point to serve us.

This hotel is a very good , the views of the rooms, the service and the food there are very tasty, they taste like home, the owners treat their customers like family, the hotel is close to all the points from North Point, the ropeway is from their room. It seems that all the points are at a distance of 10 to 15 minutes from the mall road, all the tourists come near north point, you can stay in a hotel north point from the mall road, the cost of traveling is also less, they also provide arrangements for tourist car. superb excellent service+ rooms...me and my family tour to Darjeeling was very wonderful 👌🏻👍🏻
