Hotel Namgyal Palace - Hotel in Leh

Hotel is well maintained, location is superb with great amenities. Leh main market is at walking distance. Rooms are spacious and neat & clean with panoramic view of peaks.Foods are delicious. Behavior of all staff are very good. Mr. Kuljeet, Manager is a very nice person, who looked after all the necessary requirements of Travellers. His cordial behavior is unforgettable.

The staff at Hotel Namgyal Palace is known for being courteous, helpful, and accommodating. We stayed here for 2 nights and overall experience was very good.

We stayed at Namgyal Palace Hotel recently for four days and it was amazing experience. Location is good, ambience is nice with lots of flowers and people are really great. Specially Kuljeet in front desk and Raj in kitchen is always ready to help. Linens are clean and hot water readily available at bathroom. Highly recommend this hotel for Leh for homely atmosphere

Good hotel with good staff . Very polite , Soft spoken management, always ready to solve the query or concern of customers , make tourist feel like home . Views from rooms are fine .. quality and quantity of food is very good. Overall stay in Leh was good . 👍🏻 bcoz of this hotel who always tries to make their client comfortable.

It's a great budget hotel. Considering it's price, the rooms & the hotel building are very nice. Its an old hotel, so it's simple, but it has a lot of green open space to enjoy, unlike other newer hotels nearby. But since it's a mid range hotel, it does not offer any luxury. Even the buffet breakfast is very basic, with just 4-5 items in total, including bread-butter/omlette. The hotel, like many other nearby hotels, does not have AC or even fans, but they provide you table fans on request. Breakfast is their weakest point, but the 5-6 different open spaces & lush green to sit make-up for that. The location is also very good. It's very close to the main market, in a lively place.
