Nice and pleasant stay here for 3 nights. Room is spacious, clean,well maintained and house keeping on daily basis. Staffs are cooperative allowed me check-in one hour before the schedule time without any additional cost. breakfast is very very tasty n healthy more than 10 types of Indian n continental food with fresh fruits salad n juice. Location is Besides the main road one can have access to all kind of public transport facilities. After all experience is great 👍. A well recommended hotels for both business n family trip.

I recently stayed at Hotel Metropolis in Mumbai for three nights in May as a solo traveler. I found the hotel to be both safe and comfortable, with nice spacious rooms that provided a relaxing environment. The location is excellent, being close to a metro station, which made getting around the city very convenient. It's a great option for budget stays and I would highly recommend it to families, couples, and solo travelers alike.

Visited Mumbai for a personal and very important issue on 29th June'2024 and stayed at Hotel Metropolis up to 4th July'2024 with my daughter. Booked through "Make My Trip". Apparently, the hotel is good. Located in the heart of the city at Marol which is a market place. and nearby to Airport. I stayed on the 2nd floor at Room No.204(Jade). The size of the room is moderate. The receptionist Saniya Saikh herself assisted me to choose the room. She is very polite and helpful too. But one thing I have to say, the greatest drawback of this hotel is there are no open windows. There are no natural air comes inside the room. The glass windows are all sealed and without AC the rooms are too much suffocating. Even there are no ceiling/pedestrian fan in the room. In the monsoon/winter it is not possible to run the AC throughout the day specially for a senior citizen. Secondly, the light in the rooms are very insufficient. All warm LED lamps are fitted and it is difficult to read and write. Thirdly, the bathroom walls are made of transparent glass, though there were curtains from inside. In my room the lock of the glass door was out of order!! In the other side, the room service of the hotel is outstanding. After any order through intercom within a moment I got the service. One more thing I have to mention here that, the Laundry Charges are too much Expensive !! It should be reasonable.
