The owner of the hotel Mr. Thakur is an excellent personality. Service quality very good. Location is also good but the approach road from NH is 45 degree gradient and remains congested almost time. Still I wish to stay there again in future.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms. Staff and owner are very helpful, kind and generous. It was an awesome experience staying at the Hotel Manali Continental. They serve really very tasty and good food. Complete Value for money. The bed is great and bathroom is neat and clean. Blankets are also neat and clean. Also, they provide additional blankets without any charge. Towels are also clean. Room service is very good and their behaviour is also polite. Location was good, right in the prime area close to all major attraction points. Rooms were spacious enough and also comfortable. Geyser facility, Room heater facility, hot drinking water facility... Everything is there. If you are making a plan for Manali.....must choose this hotel ....if you really want to have a pleasant stay.....

Hotel rooms are good, staff behaviour n service is very good. Food taste is amazing n prices are ok. But owner's behaviour is worst as in 5 days stay we got outside food only once rest every time we had their own cooked food still the owner behaved so badly at the time of checkout. We surprised when he shouted that how you guys got these stuff from outside however we brought only pure veg. So hotel is good to stay but don't mess with that old aged owner, he's some retired police officer.
