Great location, good hotel. Service and staff is very good. Rooms are big enough and clean. AC could do with some upgrading. Cons. Breakfast served was cold. Quality and taste of breakfast was also not good. But again, have to prise the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff though. They're really nice.

Visited there in November 2023. Out of all hotels I really liked the food. Dinner & Breakfast both were good. + 1 star rating for the fish fingers prepared at dinner 😋

Even I had my doubts for this hotel by reading the Google reviews. But to my surprise,it is not as bad as it is written about. The place is nice, clean rooms. The service is a bit slow but that's okay. The food is nice too. Backwaters is nearby and everything is accessible around the hotel. For the given price, it's worth it.
