This place is absolutely perfect for Family or Couple. The staff is very friendly and supportive. The view from the rooms and their on the house breakfast is their USP. Very budget friendly. Try checking with them offline as well. You may get some discount. They have a on of the best restaurant in Mahabaleshwar with uncompromised food quality. All in all, it offers a perfect stay.

Have been coming to this place since more than 5-8 years and they have constantly been evolving, their food is amazing and never disappoints. We came with a group of 20 people and i must say their service is impeccable! The owner is friendly and welcoming and the food is delicious. What else does one need on vacation! Must try their Malwani chicken handi / curry, chicken lollipop, all of their mughlai and Chinese appetisers were great too !

Well the restaurant is quite famous and you can surely try their malvani chicken dish this this dish contains a dry chicken pieces and a separate not so thick gravy well the other chicken Colour tea and in starters we ordered chicken Co Nevada which was really good the taste of the food was medium not that good not that bad and we like the service and the behavior of the waiter but this restaurant is a Open Garden restaurant so there is no AC in the rain time they open there separate base for sitting which is covered and AC and they bring their food from the kitchen which is located on the near the Open Garden restaurant all in all the experience was good there is ample parking space for vehicles location of the restaurant is also good which is located just opposite Club Mahindra Hotel

Excellent - The Food Good : the pricing - the location - parking - Bad - Rooms - Super Deluxe rooms to small please dont book same bdw there is only other option for Executive rooms Service - The entire staff is MEN not even a single lady staff which can make women guests a bit comfortable. The way the staff was groomed i can bet all my life savings that most of them hav nothing to do with Hotel management course and ethics Payment method - no cards accepted which is very gray matter only cash and gpay/phonepay Sub standard thinking - We were given one bottle of complimentary water bottle - we were 2 adults and 2 kids and when explained that all the Hotel standard is 2 bottles they argued that 2nd bottle would be paid. During lunch we were asked for paid water bottles and when we declined we were not even offered regular water - The reception is Sad and needs someone energetic and pleasant and far more caring for guest. We arrived from a 3 hour drive and were not asked for water - very casual behaviour - we were leaving and no feedback form or link is shared which is goldmine in the age to get better and be competitive. The checkout time - the hotel expects guests to checkout at 9.30am. Someone needs to find that GENUIS who made this rule - To the hotel staff- why do you think people would go on vacation and wake up at 7 or 8 have breakfast do the packing and leave at 10 - normal people stay awake all night party enjoy the talks and sleep late why do you expect everyone to get up so early!!!
