The accomodation was pleasant and peaceful. The service and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The entire staff of Heritage Rose Inn was amazing. The rooms were adequate and nice. It's located right beside Dal Lake so it becomes an ideal spot to travel. The commute is easy and the cab service provided by the hotel is also good. Tourists will have an amazing time here in Kashmir with Heritage Rose Inn. There's all the essentials provided by the Inn for your convenience. It was a great trip!

A best experience of hotel staff, especially BASIRAT , as he personally took care,what for we were unhappy about the room.location is best,though it's not a hotel,it's a highly 3-star graded homestay,with all hotel facilities upto maximum possible efforts. For food,we have to inform quiet 8-10 hours prior,which is not possible to order,such advance time.some rooms have no windows,some rooms are of very low intensity atmosphere. Will recommend one night max.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Heritage Rose Inn, and it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was exceptional, making my stay both comfortable and memorable. The owner, Mr. Arfat Wanganoo, has clearly put a lot of thought and care into this property. Special mention must go to the caretakers - Basharat, Yasir, Bashir Uncle, and Inzmam. Their hospitality and dedication to guests are second to none. Overall, my experience at Hotel Heritage Rose Inn was outstanding. The combination of excellent service, warm hospitality, and the beautiful setting makes it a top choice for anyone visiting the area. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.
