It's just a 2 star Hotel, but way better standards than 4 star ones around here. Exceptional hospitality, great and clean rooms, fridges, swimming pool! Caretaker is extremely nice and sorted for me delicious breakfast delivered to my room as well. I have been in couple places around here and so far that's the BEST ONE!

We were 7 of us and occupied 3 rooms. This place is the best, clean and very comfortable rooms, AC, TV in all the rooms, Wifi in each room as well as the pool side. Decent pool, always clean. The caretaker is very helpful, and not rude like some hve mentioned. Its away from the noise, a lovely place, trees around. Best place I have seen. Home away from home.

Every Peaceful well maintained clean place. One must definitely try it. Perfect place to stay. They offer two rooms which includes sofa, tv, king size bed, AC etc. Special Thanks to Rabi Bhaiya for making the stay more easy and he is really sweet and caring and also treats everyone like family. Will highly recommend the villa/rooms!! !!!

This is a quiet and tranquil villa located just a kilometer away from Holiday street in North goa Calangute. We took the superior suite room which was spacious , clean and had a very relaxing vibe . The tariff was absolutely value for money . The pool is a bit small but nonetheless gets the job done. The walk to the nearest beach is about 20 mins or so which was quite easy for us as we visited in january when the weather was pleasant . There is a lot of greenery around this place which creates a peaceful, zen and homely environment to stay in . The host was quiet accomodating . I would definately recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a relaxing stay in north goa, as the room prices are very affordable and the facilities are above par considering the tariffs.
