Embassy Suites - Hotel in Hyderabad

A home away from home is what I'll rate this place as which is available for an absolute budget friendly price to the end user. I've stayed here in total for about 3 weeks, so yes, as a customer, I've utilized their services to the fullest. Their staff is super sweet and prompt in their services. Involvement of the owners Arun and Anil who are physically there at the property (full-time), makes the experience complete to ensure that I, as a customer, was always taken care of. In between when my health was down, their staff was courteous to also get my medicines and have them delivered to me in my room. In terms of location and accessibility with places to eat and a Laundromat all are at an absolute stones throw distance which makes it further compelling to know that all the basics are absolutely well taken care of. All in all I'll rate this property a full 5 stars for their service, food and attentiveness to their customer centric approach. Keep up the good work!!

Booking was done for this Property for a long stay of 13 nights from 7th July 2024 but due to unexpected problem had to cancel my trip. Mr. Anil of Property was contacted and as per his request Rs.2000.00 advance was also given. Now after cancelling my trip on 2nd July itself still waiting for refund of my advance of Rs.2000.00 from The Embassy Suits. I think no Buisness house will do such things to damage their reputation but they are delaying the refund reason they only know. After 15 days they paid my Refund and communication with apology done for delay. As I couldn't stay and experience their hospitality this tome hence next time Whenever coming to Hyderabad will sure stay in this Property. B.Mukherjee

Just mind-blowing. Last 3 times I stayed there from February to August with the same room no 503. And definitely every time, whenever I stay at hyderabad.

Good place to stay with family or friends. Clean and hygienic atmosphere. Good lighting, clean washroom. Overall excellence.
