Preet is very kind and polite. She handles us very nicely.She is very good by nature too. We are so glad to meet her. Even the hospitality is good and the staff cooperated us in every manner. Hotel is neat and clean. The view of Manali is seen from this hotel.

I had recently stayed at this hotel. While most aspects of my stay were satisfactory, there were two significant issues that marred my experience. Firstly, the television in my room did not work🥲. I reported this issue to the front desk on multiple occasions, but it was never resolved. This was particularly frustrating as I was looking forward to relaxing in my room and watching some TV after a long day of sightseeing. Secondly, the water in my room smelled strongly🥲 . This was not only unpleasant but also made it difficult to shower or brush my teeth. I understand that this may be a natural occurrence, but I believe that the hotel should have taken steps to mitigate the smell.
