Adri Chembra - Hotel in Meppadi, Kunnampetta

This hostel offers exactly what I was expecting from my visit to Wayanad. Situated in a small scenic Village, surrounded by tea & Coffee plantation. Watching so many different kinds of birds right in this property was really an awesome experience. It's a small hostel, so I got a chance to meet all fellow travellers and explore nearby places together. Vishnu the host is very helpful with loads of knowledge and suggestions to experience Wayanad. A great place for solo travellers & small groups of friends, looking for a peacefu place to stay.

Vishnu is a great host, the place is old world charm so dont go there expecting perfection. Its the people and interactions that make the place.

Stayed at Adri Chembra last month, it's a great place to stay if you're traveling solo and would be open to some social interaction too. The place looks great and exactly like the photos posted. The bunks are quite comfy and it's only 4 people in a room, so it's never crowded. There's a community dining area and a few spots to hang out outside one's room and the property is extremely green all-round. You're free to order in and the property keeps its gates open all night, so your plans are accommodated quite well here. The hosts and caretakers are more than kind and welcoming. It's a great place to stay when you're exploring Wayanad. Adi Chembra has private rooms too if you do prefer to have your own space. And finally, I'd like to give a special shoutout to Mr. Vishnu, he's a great host and is more than helpful when it comes to queries and making one's stay comfortable, and helping one get local transport arranged too. I lost my bike keys when staying on the property and he ensured he did everything to get me a duplicate made and get me road-ready again.

My stay in Adri Chembra was the best hostel experience so far. I fell in love with the place the moment I entered it. It is very well maintained and clean. People who work there, Vishnu and Ardarsh are friendly and polite. Will definitely recommend 10/10

For a group a place to be there, specially if it's 5 or more. Clean and beautiful atmosphere. Awesome and amazing place to enjoy the beauty of nature. Midst of green. Food needs to ordered from outside but if you can help yourself you can cook your breakfast or a small time meal. Care taker and the place...no words.
